Customer Support Representative (WhatsApp) – Arabic & English
Be the friendly voice of Giftaty on WhatsApp. You will help customers choose the right personalized gift, collect their names, photos and personalization details, follow up on their orders and make sure every gift arrives as a happy surprise.
What you will do
- Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp quickly and politely in Arabic and English
- Help customers choose gifts by occasion, recipient and budget
- Collect and double-check personalization details: names, dates, photos and messages
- Share design previews with customers and get their approval before production
- Follow up on order status and delivery and keep customers updated
- Answer questions about payment methods, shipping and returns
- Record orders and customer notes accurately and hand them to the production team
What we are looking for
- Excellent written Arabic (Egyptian dialect) and very good written English
- Fast and accurate typing on mobile and desktop
- Friendly, patient and solution-focused communication style
- Strong attention to detail, because the spelling of a name matters
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and basic Google Sheets
- Customer service, sales or e-commerce chat experience is a plus
- Available during working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM
