Be the last pair of eyes before a gift reaches someone special. You will check every finished item against the customer's order, add the QR gift card and personal touches, and wrap each gift so beautifully that the unboxing is part of the surprise.
What you'll do
- Check every finished product against the order: names, spelling, dates, colours and design
- Spot and report defects, and send items back to production when needed
- Add QR gift cards, greeting cards and extras to the right orders
- Gift-wrap and pack items safely in Giftaty boxes and packaging
- Prepare shipments, print labels and hand over to the courier on time
- Keep packing materials stocked and the packing area tidy
What we're looking for
- Excellent attention to detail and a careful eye
- Good reading of Arabic and English names
- Neat hands and a sense for beautiful wrapping and presentation
- Organised and able to work fast without mistakes
- Able to work extra hours in peak seasons
- Previous packing, retail or warehouse experience is a plus
Nice to have
- Gift-wrapping or florist experience
- Experience with shipping systems and courier handovers
