Make sure we never run out of what makes a gift. You will source and buy blank products and materials (mugs, frames, wood, acrylic, leather, packaging and inks), manage stock levels and build strong relationships with suppliers.
What you'll do
- Source and buy blank products, raw materials, inks and packaging at the right price and quality
- Track stock levels and reorder before items run out, especially before peak seasons
- Compare suppliers, negotiate prices and lead times, and find new products
- Receive and inspect deliveries and keep the store room organised
- Keep accurate inventory records and run regular stock counts
- Work with production and the store manager on new product launches
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in purchasing, procurement or inventory management
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Very organised, with good Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of local markets for printing, wood, acrylic or packaging materials is a big plus
- Clear communication in Arabic and good English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience importing materials or dealing with Chinese suppliers
- Experience with inventory software or Shopify inventory
