Make every customer design production-ready. You will review the designs customers create in our online studio, fix what needs fixing, and prepare clean files for our printers and laser machines so every gift comes out sharp and beautiful.
What you'll do
- Review customer designs from our studio: photo quality, spelling, layout and safe margins
- Retouch and enhance customer photos (cut-outs, colour, sharpness) when needed
- Prepare print-ready files for UV, sublimation and DTF printing with correct size, bleed and colour
- Prepare vector files (SVG, DXF, AI) for CO2, fiber and CNC laser engraving and cutting
- Create design mock-ups and previews for customer approval
- Keep a tidy, well-named file library for every order
What we're looking for
- 2+ years as a graphic or pre-press designer
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills (CorelDRAW is a plus)
- Solid understanding of print colour (CMYK), resolution, bleed and vector paths
- Excellent Arabic and English typography, including right-to-left layouts
- Sharp eye for detail and fast, organised work
- A portfolio showing print or product work
Nice to have
- Experience preparing files for laser engraving or cutting
- Experience with print-on-demand or personalized products
