Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator

Keep every order moving and every promise kept. You will plan the daily order flow from design approval to production, packing and delivery, work with our courier partners, and solve problems before customers notice them.

What you'll do

  • Plan and track daily orders across design, production, quality and packing
  • Prioritise urgent and same-day orders and balance work between teams and machines
  • Book shipments with courier partners and follow up on deliveries, delays and returns
  • Handle replacements, refunds and delivery issues with the support team
  • Track key numbers: on-time delivery, defects, returns and courier performance
  • Improve our processes, checklists and tools as we grow

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in operations, logistics or e-commerce fulfilment
  • Very organised, with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Good with Google Sheets or Excel and order systems (Shopify is a plus)
  • Clear communication in Arabic and good English
  • Calm and decisive under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with Egyptian couriers (Bosta, Mylerz, Aramex or similar)
  • Experience in a production or printing environment
