E-commerce Store Manager

Run the day-to-day of Giftaty online. You will own the Shopify store, keep orders flowing from payment to delivery, and lead a small team of support, design and production people to hit our sales and quality goals.

What you'll do

  • Manage the Shopify store: products, prices, collections, offers and stock status
  • Track daily orders and make sure each one moves from design approval to production to shipping on time
  • Lead and plan the work of the support, design, production and packing teams
  • Watch sales, conversion, returns and customer reviews, and act on what the numbers show
  • Plan seasonal campaigns (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Ramadan, Eid) with marketing
  • Handle escalated customer cases and keep our service standard high

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in e-commerce, retail or operations management
  • Hands-on Shopify (or similar platform) experience
  • Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Good with numbers: margins, KPIs and simple reports in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Fluent Arabic and very good English
  • Calm under pressure in peak seasons

Nice to have

  • Experience in personalized products, printing or gifting
  • Basic knowledge of Meta ads and Google Analytics
