Return & Refund Policy – Giftaty.com

At Giftaty, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, personalized gifts crafted with care. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are eligible under the following conditions only:

  • Damaged Package: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund upon review.
  • Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted for reasons other than those stated above.

Wrong Item Sent

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you are entitled to either:

  • A full replacement of the correct item, or
  • A partial refund of the missed item.

This is handled separately from our standard return process. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.

Late Deliveries

If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date, we will refund the shipping cost only. The order itself is not eligible for return or refund on the basis of late delivery alone.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days. You will receive a transaction reference number confirming your refund has been issued.

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect item (where applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Giftaty.com reserves the right to assess each case individually and update this policy at any time.
