Order Processing

Before your order is dispatched, our creative team works closely with you to finalize the personalization of your gift. Processing begins only after the final design has been reviewed and approved by you and our creative team.

Once approved, all orders are carefully processed and packed within 1–2 business days prior to shipment.

Please note: Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday are non-working holidays and are not counted within processing or delivery timelines.

How the timeline works: All timelines begin after your final design is approved by our creative team.

  • Step 1 — Processing (2 business days): Once your design is confirmed, we carefully prepare and pack your order within 2 business days.
  • Step 2 — Shipping: Your order is then handed to our courier. Delivery takes 1–3 business days for Express or 3–5 business days for Standard shipping.

Example: If your design is approved on a Sunday, your order will be dispatched by Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday–Friday (Express) or the following Tuesday–Thursday (Standard).

Packaging

Every Giftaty order is packed with care and built to travel safely:

  1. Individual Wrapping — Each item is carefully wrapped on its own before being placed in the box.
  2. Gift Box — Your items are presented in either our luxury wooden box or our premium crafted box (standard), based on your selection at checkout.
  3. Heat-Sealed Wrapping — The box is securely sealed with heated plastic wrapping to keep everything intact.
  4. Elegant Handbag — Your gift box is placed in a sophisticated handbag, ready to present.
  5. Outer Shipping Protection — The final gift is packed in a strong, multi-layered cardboard box with bubble wrap for extra safety, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number sent directly to you via both Email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment and follow your order every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as peak seasons, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Please note: In the event of a late delivery, a full refund is not applicable. You may only request a refund of the shipping cost. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are eligible under the following conditions only:

  • Damaged Package: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund upon review.
  • Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted for reasons other than those stated above.

Wrong Item Sent

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you are entitled to either:

  • A full replacement of the correct item, or
  • A partial refund of missed item.

This is handled separately from our standard return process. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.

Late Deliveries

If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date, we will refund the shipping cost only. The order itself is not eligible for return or refund on the basis of late delivery alone.
